I have so much to learn in the Post Edit process... I question the colors all the time.. Which one is better? This was taken at dusk on our last night in Cancun... I like the first one, but is it too dark?
Yes, the first one is a little dark. I like the second one but you could always up the saturation a tiny bit to get that color pop. Of the two below...I like the second one better. The composition and colors are perfect. They are all FABULOUS!!!!
hi, i like the first one too...i don't think it's too dark...it looks serene and dreamy...ainsleys hair is so pretty. the second one gives more of an upbeat sunny look...i prefer the first one. S. Kim
Hmmm... I see what you mean. What a pretty photo. What if you lightened it and then adjusted the contast? Can you email it (the original) to me and I'll show you what I mean? I'm no expert, but I've touched up a LOT of photos because what comes straight from my camera is not always what I want. Maybe someday...
I like the second one. Sorry for commenting but I'm just learning photography too and I just love your blog. Thanks for posting all your settings. I love it. The second is definately better!

ReplyDeleteI would choose the first one too, I don't think it's too dark.

ReplyDeleteI think the first one is a bit dark. But Ainsley looks beautiful in both, no doubt.
